Most recently, Lisa served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at M. Holland, a global distributor operating in over 70 countries across North America, Latin America (LATAM), and EMEA. There, she led global corporate strategy and marketing and spearheaded high-impact growth initiatives, shaping the company’s long-term direction in competitive global markets, and ultimately contributing to the company’s sale to a strategic buyer.

Previously, she was Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at Aon Corporation, where she managed Aon’s prestigious global sponsorship of Manchester United and led the company’s comprehensive global master rebrand — aligning messaging, visual identity, and market positioning across all regions.
